ArtsWA is an active state agency that disseminates education grants to nurture and grow the role of the arts for all Washingtonians. I had the opportunity to collect data and formalize evaluation practices for grants supporting community-based, K-12 partnerships. I conducted observations, interviews, and developed assessment tools (e.g., pre- and post-survey, rubric, etc.) to standardize and demonstrate evidence-based outcomes impacting learning.
